**PLEASE NOTE- DUE TO OUR CURRENT PROJECTS AND MARKET TRENDS, WE ARE FORCED TO LIMIT THE SELECTION OF PROJECTS TO THOSE THAT ARE A BEST FIT. THIS WILL ALLOW US TO DEDICATE OUR TIME TO OUR CURRENT CLIENTS AND PROJECTS. WE CURRENTLY ARE ONLY ACCEPTING NEW INQUIRES FOR PROJECTS THAT MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Custom/Spec New Builds
Large scale remodel/renovations with a minimum construction budget of $500,000. NoMad Design Fees will be in addition to construction budget. (Clients must secure their own contractor/builder.)
Interior Furnishing project of at least 3-5 spaces with a minimum furniture budget of $100,000. NoMad Design Fees will be in addition to the furniture budget.
